My trip to Peru in 2015 with a Trini tour group was one of the best holidays of my life. Of course we visited the extraordinary Incan ruins of Machu Picchu and also

wondrous Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world. The entire experience was eye-opening and unforgettable. However, the ancient Incan/Spanish city of Cusco, which served as our base for the tour, had a particularly profound effect on me.
